I saw him in Dallas last month. It was money well spent, one of the most memorable concerts I've ever been to. He played a lot of songs that only his diehard fans know by heart. This was the second solo acoustic show I've seen of his and they've both been hauntingly beautiful.

Yeah, the songs will get you if the movie doesn't. There's a song by Damien Rice at the beginning and end of "Closer" that just rips my guts out. So I had to buy it.

i recently saw oldboy and millions.
both movies will be high up there once the year ends.
i had problems with both movies.
I tried to see "Oldboy" last weekend, but it was already gone from the theater. I'm definitely going to rent it though.
One of my favorites so far this year was "The Ballad of Jack and Rose," but then I'm of the firm opinion that Daniel Day-Lewis can do no wrong.
at work there is this girl there who keeps making eyes at me, but i'm not interested.
on top of that, she keeps trying to strike up conversations and she goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on... its amazing!
never a pause between sentences and barely a any space between words... just a very very long series of words coming out of her mouth non-stop.

when you were before a judicial commitee for whatever reason...did they try to get you to see the error of your ways and thus save you from destruction at the big a...or were they just happy to let you die.. .
i have a theory that goes like this...if you are sorry they think that you are not and df you...if you are not sorry they make an attempt to try and save you because its a kind of feather in their cap.. .
i was sorry...so sorry i thought i deserved to be df...and said that i expected to be..and they later told me i said i wanted to be df...which i didnt..(i was a mental and emotional wreck on the night of the jc although i tried to portray otherwise)....but even if i had, surely they had some responsibiity to try and 'readjust' me.. .
My first two JC meetings, I was truly repentant, answered all their detailed, perverted questions, cried real tears and was privately reproved both times.
The last one, I didn't care anymore. I was sorry about hurting my husband and my family, but I needed a break from everything. I showed no emotion, answered only the basic questions and essentially forced their hand. I spent more time having a breakdown in the car after they df'd me than I did in the actual meeting. No scriptures were read. Never heard from any of them again.
